Where UK data-protection law applies, we rely on one or more of: consent; steps taken at your request before entering a contract; performance of a contract; compliance with legal obligations; and our legitimate interests in administering and improving FFF, assessing applications, preventing misuse, maintaining security and communicating relevant opportunities, balanced against your rights. Where Australian or United States law applies, we process information as permitted by applicable privacy, communications and consumer-protection laws.

6. Marketing communications

Where permitted, we may use your contact details to send FFF and MCT Studio programme updates, founder content, event invitations, business opportunities and related marketing. Our website may use necessary cookies, analytics tools and advertising pixels. Necessary cookies support website operation and security. FFF operates across Australia, the UK and the US. Information may therefore be accessed, processed or stored outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including contractual protections and assessments of service providers. Overseas privacy laws may differ from those in your location.

10. Security and confidentiality

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information against loss, misuse, interference, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Applicants should not submit passwords, payment-card details or other unnecessary sensitive information through general application channels.

11. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including application administration, due diligence, legal obligations, dispute management and legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by data type, geography and the outcome of an application. Information is then deleted, anonymised or securely archived as required.

12. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing, targeted advertising or certain sharing; and complain to a privacy regulator. Rights are subject to legal exceptions and identity verification. Contact Info@mct-studio.com to make a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a statutory privacy right.
